Here is a photo of me on the treadmill at the Core Performance Center getting the “VO2” test, which basically tells you how out of shape you really are (in my case, very out of shape).

I bought the book Core Performance three years ago. It is extremely useful and I follow key exercises to strengthen an injured shoulder and to build strength elsewhere. Im surprised a Tech VC invested in this type of a venture, but I believe in the core performance approach and focus on Pillar Strength. Good for you!
Mike-
Great having you out at the Core Performance Center– and thanks again for being part of the launch.
Given that my VO2 score needed some work as well– care to make a gentleman’s wager on who will improve fastest?
I’m thinking a Trading Places-esque single dollar bet, but I’m definitely open to other ideas…
