I just found this timeline for online video over on ReelPop. It is pretty good.
I am sure most of you by now have read the story of Kiko, the online calendar service that recently went bellyup and was sold on eBay.
Yesterday I had coffee in Somerville, MA with the two Kiko co-founders, Justin Kan and Emmet Shear.
Happily, they have not missed a beat. But a year out of Yale undergraduate, these guys have the learnings of their first entrepreneurial “failure” under their belt, enough cash to live on for a year or so, and already are well into their next gig.
Good stuff.
